  12. I am having a problem with a USR 28800 VI (Internal) modem.  I can only connect
  13. at a single speed (2400).  I even tried to connect to USR BBS, but will only connect
  14. at 2400.  I have noticed that the modem is not responding to other modems unless 
  15. the bps is set to 2400.  I have been talking with USR for over two months and have
  16. returned the modem to them for a previous fix and also to replace the modem
  17. completely.  I have an external USR 14400 which works fine, does anyone have 
  18. suggestions ?
